2011 DEERFIELD FAIR COMMERCIAL VENDOR PRICE LIST

APPLICATION

INFORMATION - Vendor payments are due in full by April 1!! We can accept Visa, MC and Discover via telephone for contracts. Current vendors have first refusal to retain their spots for the 2011 fair. Current vendors contracts MUST be paid in FULL by April 1, 2011. NO EXCEPTIONS.

2011 Vendors may start setting up for this year's fair starting Saturday, Sept. 24 (YOU MUST FIRST CHECK INTO THE CONCESSIONS OFFICE!!) The Concession Office will be open at 8:00 am until 8:00 pm to check you in on 9/24/11 & 9/25/11 and from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on 9/26/11, 9/27/11 & 9/28/11. Any vendor that has a conflict with this schedule must make further arrangements with the Concession Office at 603-463-3064.

Please do not send money with application.  If you are accepted, we will call you and then follow up with a contract.

New Vendor Applications: If you are interested in becoming a Vendor on our fairgrounds, please complete (and include any pictures, brochures, etc. of your product) and mail the application to the Deerfield Fair Association, P.O. Box 156, Deerfield, NH 03037. As space becomes available, the supervisor of vendor/concessions will review these applications to see if you are a fit for the space that has become available and what you are offering to bring to the fair (we are always looking for NEW, EXCITING and DIFFERENT kinds of vendors who offer something "new" to our fair). A contract and/or phone call will take place with the supervisor of concessions/vendors if your application is chosen.

2011 CONCESSION SPACE RATES - OUTSIDE/NON-FOOD SPACE, $30.00 PER FOOT - INSIDE SPACE, $35.00 PER FOOT - WORKING CRAFTS SECTION, $15.00 PER FOOT - FOOD CONCESSIONS (ALL AREAS), $35.00 PER FOOT - LOWER LEVEL EXHIBIT BUILDING, COMMERCIAL AGRICULTURAL BUILDINGS 1&2, $20.00 PER FOOT (OUTSIDE WALLS) $25.00 PER FOOT (CENTER AISLE, MEASURED 1 SIDE ONLY)

2011 ELECTRICAL CHARGES - (1) 20 AMP SERVICE @120 VOLTS INCLUDED WITH RENT - 21-30 AMP SERVICE @120 VOLTS IS $60.00 - 50 AMP SERVICE @120 VOLTS IS $100.00 - FOR EVERY 51 AMP & GREATER 208 VOLT SERVICE IS $225.00

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS - All concessionaires/ vendors must provide the Deerfield Fair with a Certificate of Insurance with limits of $1,000,000.00 combined single limits, to include product liability AND must name the Deerfield Fair Association as additonal insured. Any concessionaire/ vendor who does not carry insurance MUST purchase insurance under the Deerfield Fair policy. Contact Andrea Nicklin at TD Insurance, Inc. @ 603-356-9471 ext. 5157 if you need to have this done.  No booth will be allowed to open without insurance coverage.

PASSES - All monetary vendor contracts that are PAID IN FULL before the start of the annual fair will receive the equivelant of two-four day passes (8 one day passes) at no-charge (part of your paid monetary contract). These passes will be received once you have checked into the Concessions Office before the start of the fair (Check In starts Saturday, September 24). NO passes will be mailed. NO REFUNDS or REPLACEMENT passes will be issued. Additonal passes are available at the administration office at a cost of $7.00 for a one-day pass. Deerfield Fair reserves the right to limit quantity. All vendors entering the fairgrounds must have a pass.

CAMPGROUND - a campground is set aside for vendors outside the fence of the fairgrounds. Cost is $30.00 per day with water and electricity, $20.00 per day with no services. Deerfield Fair contracts with a septic service that will service your unit and also contracts with a RV repair service for any other RV emergency.

DELIVERIES - All deliveries must be made prior to 7:00 AM. No vehicles are allowed to move on the fairgrounds after that time and may not move again until after 9:00PM or until security deems it safe. Each concessionaire/ vendor will be issued an E-GATE sticker.
